Steven started Syracuse Carpet Cleaning Co. in 2010 after a decade of working for other carpet companies in Central New York and seeing the same patterns — surface cleaning passed off as deep work, mystery upcharges at the door, residue-heavy chemistry that made carpet re-soil within weeks.
He built the company on a different model: one truck-mounted extraction unit, one set of plant-based solutions, one honest quote, owner on every job. Over the last fifteen years the company has cleaned thousands of Greater Syracuse homes, offices, medical buildings, and rental turnovers — and added 24-hour emergency dispatch for the calls that can't wait until morning.
Today the business is still owner-operated, still locally based, and still doing only carpet, rugs, and upholstery. Nothing else.
